CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL

Purecoach is committed to providing excellent service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served.

No-shows and late cancellations impact service quality while negatively impacting customers who may show up earlier.

In addition, we book our retreats with the venues in advance, and they have their own cancellation policies, which must be reflected in the Purecoach cancellation policy.

For these reasons, Purecoach has implemented a cancellation policy as specified here.

2. FULL PAYMENT

Your registration is complete when we receive your full payment. We do not reserve a space for you in the workshop or retreat without full payment unless otherwise indicated in the booking.

You will receive an online confirmation email after registering and paying.

3. CANCELLATION REQUEST

Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email, online, or in person. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please get in touch with us at info@purecoach.me or +41 79 924 22 41.

4. REFUND POLICY: Workshops and Group Programs

If you have registered for one of our workshops or group coaching programs and you are no longer able to attend, our refund policy is as follows:

  • A full refund will be provided when requested at least 7 days before the scheduled date

  • A 50% refund will be provided when requested at least 2 days before the scheduled date

  • No refund will be provided when requested less than 2 days before the scheduled date

To cancel your workshop ticket for a refund, please email info@purecoach.me with the subject line “Cancellation: [Name of Workshop]” or call +41 79 924 22 41.

5. REFUND POLICY: RETREATS

Our current refund policy for retreats reflects the venue's policies where we hold our retreats. If you have registered for one of our retreats and you are no longer able to attend, let us know as soon as possible to ensure you receive a refund.

Here is the cancellation and refund policy for retreats:

  • up to 90 days before the retreat: full refund

  • from 89 to 60 days before the retreat: 80% refund

  • from 59 to 20 days before the retreat: 50% refund

  • from 19 to 6 days before the retreat: 20% refund

  • from 5 days before the retreat: no refund provided

To cancel your retreat registration for a refund, please email info@purecoach.me with the subject line “Cancellation: [Name of Retreat]” or call +41 79 924 22 41.

6. Transferring Your Ticket

You can also transfer your reserved spot to another person in lieu of a refund. We can transfer reservations up until the day before the event.

To do this, please email info@purecoach.me with the subject line “Ticket Transfer: [Name of Event].” Please write to us using the same email address that was provided at registration and include the full name and email address of the person to whom you would like to transfer your ticket. We’ll take it from there!
