The Guided Reset
Five minutes. Best taken in the middle of a day, not the end of one.
Find somewhere you will not be interrupted. Headphones if you have them.
You do not need to sit in any particular way and you do not need to empty your mind. Following the audio is enough. If your attention wanders off, that is the practice working rather than failing.
Most people save something like this for the end of the day, when there is nothing left to steady. It does more in the gap between two meetings, which is where almost nobody takes it.
Come back whenever you want. Nothing here expires, and there is no counting.
Once a month, I write on a Tuesday. One piece of writing, one question worth sitting with, and whatever I am reading. That is already on its way to you.
