Find Stillness in the Swiss Alps

A 4-day meditation and mindfulness retreat for professionals seeking space to breathe, reflect, and renew

22–25 May 2026 · Berglodge37 · Eggberge, Switzerland

A Pause That Changes Everything

You’ve been moving fast: leading, deciding, producing. Yet beneath the surface, a quiet fatigue lingers.

This retreat is your invitation to step out of the noise and rediscover what it means to just be.

For four days in the Swiss Alps, you’ll slow down enough to listen again — to yourself, to the world, and to what truly matters.

When You’re Ready for Something Deeper

When life feels full but not fulfilling…

When success brings recognition but not renewal…

When clarity fades beneath the noise of constant doing, it’s time to pause.

This retreat offers space to:

  • Reconnect with your inner stillness and clarity

  • Restore energy and emotional balance

  • Reflect on what’s next, from a grounded place

  • Experience mindful connection with others on a similar journey

It’s not an escape from life — it’s a return to yourself.

Four Days of Stillness, Reflection & Renewal

Each day blends mindfulness, silence, and reflection in a setting of natural beauty and calm:

  • Guided meditations and silent mornings

  • Mindful walks and mountain air that clear the mind

  • Group reflections from Ontological Coaching practices

  • Time for solitude and rest — no agenda, no pressure

  • Evening conversations exploring presence, meaning, and being

You’ll leave lighter, clearer, and more grounded — ready to re-engage life with a fresh perspective.

What Past Participants Say

Group of people posing outdoors with snow-capped mountains in the background.
The retreat is a really relaxing experience. It’s taken me out of the everyday life. Everything is taken care of which of course is fantastic. Just show up for the sessions and for each meal and no worries. And the food is delicious.

I think I’m going to remember the coaching session the most. I didn’t do that last time. I knew what to expect with the meditations and they lived up to my expectations and memories, but the coaching session was new, and it was great.

The highlight of the retreat was the guided meditations. I’m not really used to such long meditations, but it allowed me the time to get into the meditation and really quiet my mind and go deeper. So the highlight was definitely the long guided meditations. I really liked them.
— Nicolas H.
I like this retreat very much because you get to build it as you need it. It’s very powerful to start your retreat by discussing your intention with David. That is already a very powerful moment because he helps to really shape it in a way that’s most helpful and useful to you.
