What the day is for

A clear path from what is missing to what is possible

This is not a longer coaching session. It is a full day given to the questions you never get a clear run at, in a room with no interruptions. Four things happen in it.

Identify what is hidden

Uncover the unconscious, fear-based patterns that quietly limit your power in specific areas of your life.

Access your essence

Move beyond the survival mechanism to the core qualities that define who you are at your best, and learn to express them consistently.

Design your future

Co-create a vision that is specific and achievable, with practical steps you can begin implementing immediately.

Declare your purpose

Write a personal manifesto that articulates your core values, your fundamental beliefs, and a future of your own design.

Your Day

Six phases, each building on the last

The sequence is deliberate. You start with how you are built, then separate the autopilot from the essence underneath it, and only then look at what is actually in the way. The vision comes last, because one designed before those three is a wish.

Phase One

Personality Assessment

A detailed exploration of your personality type, including the key strengths and the shadow patterns affecting your personal and professional relationships.

Phase Two

Essence and Survival Mechanism

A guided process to distinguish the fear-based autopilot that keeps you safe but small from the core qualities that define your most authentic self. You map both, and learn to choose between them.

Phase Three

Power Question Interview

A personal interview that identifies the specific challenges and obstacles keeping you from realising your full potential and from deep satisfaction.

Phase Four

Personal Manifesto

Private time to compose a declaration of your core values, your fundamental beliefs, and a future of your own design. It becomes a living document you keep.

Phase Five

Designed Future Dialogue

From the new vantage point, we co-create a vision across seven dimensions of your life. This is where the day's insights become a specific, actionable plan.

Phase Six

Integration and Next Steps

An open dialogue to address your questions, go deeper on anything the day uncovered, and design a sustaining practice so the results compound rather than fade.

the framework

Four pillars, applied in a specific order

Grounded in ontological inquiry and the science of being, Vista View draws on four pillars of leadership development, integrated with mindfulness practice and three decades spent inside the rooms this work is for.

I

Emotional Intelligence

Emotion is data about what matters and what is missing. Read it accurately and it stops running the meeting from the back of the room.

II

Conscious Leadership

Finding the cognitive blind spots, then designing commitments that align what you value with decisive action.

III

Ontological Inquiry

How language, listening and way of being shape what you are able to perceive, in yourself and in everyone around you.

IV

Mindfulness Practice

Presence and embodied awareness as the ground that clarity and resilience arise from. It is a trainable capacity, not a mood.

before your day

Come ready to do the work

Eight hours of this requires real concentration. What you get access to is a different conversation and a different level of commitment, and that only works if you arrive prepared.

  • Arrive well rested, well fed and on time. It is a demanding day and your energy matters.
  • Expect an electronics-free day with no interruptions. Full presence is required.
  • Be willing to experience some discomfort. The process is unfamiliar and it pushes the edge of your comfort zone, which is where the breakthroughs are.
  • Have your life or business partner available for a one-hour confidential interview beforehand. It is scheduled in advance, and it is one of the most useful hours of the whole engagement.
